This updated course is intended for designated recipients and employers in federally regulated work places. It discusses the specific duties of the employer, including policy development, investigation techniques, processes, program evaluation and the role of the designated recipient. It will help you apply the Canada Labour Code, Part II, including the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, so you can be prepared to prevent and respond to harassment and violence in your work place.

It provides an overview of the responsibilities and duties of these work place groups in preventing harassment and violence in federally regulated work places.
