Take Our Kids to Work Day-Health & Safety Awareness

On November 4, workplaces across Ontario will welcome grade 9 students for a first-hand look into the world of work. A large part of any successful career – no matter what industry – is health and safety.
                                           
If you’re having visitors join you on Take Our Kids to Work Day, ensure health and safety is part of your program with this 1-hour session. Using games, videos and group discussions, your guests will learn how to deal with health & safety issues at work, their rights & responsibilities as workers, and the rights & responsibilities of their employers; helping to foster a safety-conscious mindset that will serve them well as they walk your facility, and enter the workforce in years to come.
