Many employers have recently identified an increase in violence and harassment incidents within their workplace and a strong desire to train their staff on de-escalation techniques. Workplace violence and harassment policies have been a requirement in the workplace, for over 10 years. Ensuring that your policies and programs are in place and effective, is more important than ever.

In our current landscape, many workers are now experiencing an increase in verbal abuse, threats of violence, sexual harassment, and racism from customers and sometimes from other staff.

A WSPS Consultant will facilitate the 3 hour Violence and Harassment: Situational Awareness and De-Escalation course during the first half of the Day of Learning.
