This session explores the common situations that place retail workers at risk and the serious consequences that can result from poor material handling and storage practices. Participants will learn how to recognize struck-by hazards in stockrooms, storage areas, and on the sales floor, while exploring practical controls that can help prevent injuries and create safer retail workplaces.
