Join us for an insightful webinar led by Stephanie Smith, a senior health and safety consultant at Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS). Conveyors are widely used in industry to move materials from one place to another. However, the hazards associated with conveyors has led to serious incidents, including critical injuries. In this session, we will review real-life incidents and look at the root causes and the trends in the charges laid by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD). The RACE methodology will be applied to identify ways of preventing similar incidents from occurring (RACE: Recognize, Assess, Control and Evaluate). Participants will be introduced to free WSPS resources available to support your prevention efforts going forward.
