The Ministry of Labour Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) is conducting a year-long initiative on ergonomics in warehousing throughout the province of Ontario. As part of this initiative, MLTSD Ergonomists will conduct proactive inspections in warehouses, as well as workplaces that have a warehousing area where they will focus on musculoskeletal disorder hazards, manual materials handling on ladders, and visibility hazards.
