Agriculture is demanding and it can take its toll on mental health. When employers and employees do not prioritize mental health, simple and routine tasks become challenging and stressful. It is important to continue to discuss mental health in agriculture.

This session will provide an opportunity to discuss mental health in agriculture, including the definitions of mental health and stress, factors that contribute to mental health and approaches to support mental health. Join us to raise awareness of mental health in agriculture.
