After a few months of implementing a hybrid work model, it’s time to connect on what has been working well and what still needs improvement. This session will discuss a key point of consideration for the hybrid work model, ergonomics. 

 

This session will overview the ergonomics of working from home, working in the office, and the nuances of doing both together in a hybrid work model. It will highlight respective concerns and solutions to help further develop a successful model for staff and employers, while also outlining legislative compliance. We will also explore ergonomics considerations, such as equipment and furniture choices, office layout options, and work organization methods for both the teleworking and office environment.
